that is one hell of a Tesla Coil!, definitely one of the best coils I have seen, I was wondering most sites and tesla programs say that there should be at least 2 inches between the secondary and the primary, what distance did you use ? Thanks, Arsen

Nice Tesla Coil. It seems like it didn't take you long to get from your first coil to this big one. Nice job.

Did you base your design off of plans from any particular resource? Also, where did you buy your MMCs from?

Thanks. Yeah it didn't take me to long to get to a medium size coil going. I base my design off a lot of website's trial and air and i used a program to help me with the math. You can buy the MMC caps off eBay.

In this vid im using 4 microwave oven transformers wired in a series parallel circuit. at the moment im using 1 unshunted Neon sign transformer im getting about the same output if not a little more. if you decide to use the MOTs be careful death is near bye!

@haloexpert96 they are loud and they mess up your tv and computer if it too close,mine would cause interference on a tv next door and the one after that lol,didnt stop me though with my mad experiments ha ha ha.

thats lovely a work of art,i made one using an ignition coil,dimmer switch etc,it only tessled about 1" lol,i realised after ,it was the varnish i used on the coil.it was for wood and wouldnt dry properly.live and learn,but that a beauty you got there cheers for showing me.
