What the hell are you people talking about? Def Leppard completely sucks and has nothing to do with Cheap Trick! If you want to compare a band to Cheap Trick make it the Smashing Pumpkins, who gladly offer praise to both Cheap Trick and Queen for their main inspiration . . .

@catrod24 That is not even remotely true. That being said Steve was an outstanding player no doubt. Too bad he couldnt hand his booze & drugs, what a waste. But i am not here to dog a dead man. I have see Def Leppard two times in the last five years & have tickets to see them again this summer. They are every bit as good as they were when Steve was there. Vivian Campbell is every bit as great a guitar player Steve was. Maybe better because he was smart enought not to kill himself. What a waste.
