It's better to spend money on health care for the poor than to build more useless aircraft carriers and stealth bombers that we dont need. Or to send the money to some third world hellhole

Medicaid is a bare minimum Health Insurance program thats a Unfunded Mandate money pit for States. That they have to pay for out of they're General Revenue. And needs to be reformed to be cheaper.
