I have three acres in the country. One day I saw a grackle tearing up a robins nest, I chased it by making noise. The next day I declared war on these birds when I saw them watch a robin spend about twenty minutes looking for a worm. When the robin pulled up the worm, three of those black devils descended, attacked the robin, and stole its worm. Now I use a shotgun on them. My yard is now a sanctuary for robins, nuthatch, blue bird, chickadee, orioles, and many others, not mean birds.
