As said, it's 95% rider with these two bikes matched so close. I have S1000rr and would like to run either of these to compare times with even launch and see which is really the Daddy?? It would be a tight finish!! Although I've seen the BMW running 150 mph traps stock. But all three , same strip, same time, same rider would shut two of the three manufactures mouths full stop! Who's will take the Title Belt???

Regardless, both are very quick bikes. I prefer the Busa's looks over the ZX though. Those fake Testarossa side vents just 'ugly-up' the Ninja. This is a Kawi produced video...I'm sure Suzuki has made one that shows the Busa winning the races...lol!!

I see people crying about the busa and all that lol. The bike is beaten guys so get over it. It got beat back in 2000. Then it got beat in 2006 and now it got beat again. Suzuki just no match for kawasaki in terms of factory HP and things like that. Even back in the day Suzuki was always second to team green. This is like Goku and Vegeta lol. Vegeta was more powerful at one time but over all, Goku was more powerful. Suzuki not even second now. BMW knocked them down. Yamaha is more powerful also.

I've seen a 16 year old on a stock 2009 busa do a 9:46 ....
The point its those are two amazing bikes and whilst one rider pref. the zx14 the other one likes the busa more, taste differs. As long as it has only 2 wheels it's a bike, so get over it, hating each other won't stop a cager from hugging you any more than picking your nose would...
