I've heard of people doing these crazy things but, this is the first time I've seen some one be stupid enough to do it. This is the fastest way to screwing up your back that I have seen. If you want to use the ball to train your core stop trying to do stupid curls while doing it.

His form was crap on most reps because he was trying not to break his face. He risked injury the entire time, and then disrespected the gym's equipment at the end when he threw the dumbbells. I'm going to look at this as a what NOT to do guide.

I would have kicked you out of my gym if you threw weights around like that. Don't you have any respect for other people's property? Don't you know how much money it takes to replace broken gym equipment because idiots come in there and abuse the equipment like it is their own little playground?

balancing yourself on a ball doing curls is stupid....how can you concentrate on biceps when you have to worry about falling over....that should b done in a circus! whats next bringing in trapezes to the gym?' bodybuild training is getting ridicules....there is nothing like old school!
