@OlafTrygvesson I'm not an attorney, so don't take this as legal advice. I've bought blackpowder kits several times IN THE US, even had them shipped through the mail. There are outfits that will sell you cannons, no 4473 or destructive device permit required.

Ask a lawyer in your country for advice on local laws.
