Joe Mannix and Lou Wickersham as they were known. I am watching the first season of Mannix now out on DVD and just wanted to upload this cool interview that accompanied the first season DVDs. I am not sure how many know this but the first season of Mannix was never rerun. Because in the first season Mannix worked for Intertech. Low Wickersham was his boss. This Joe Campanella is too cool in this first season as Mannixs boss. In the second season Mannix was his own boss and not working for Intertech so they could never rerun the first season. It only aired in 1967. Mike and Joe if you ever read this I love you guys, you are just too cool even at your age now.
I guess if you want to see more you will have to buy the first season so I don't make CBS mad at me. There are other great Mike Connors stories on each disc also. Thanks CBS

Heavens to Bruce Geller! What a joy to see this delightful interview today for the first time. I recall sometimes watching that show during its first season & the very talented Joseph Campenella as his co-star. How wonderful to see they became off screen friends are both so appreciative of each other's work. THANKS so much for posting this informative & entertaining clip! I never knew Joe (a longtime devout Catholic) has seven sons! CHEERS! :-)
