http://www.RealLifeBodybuilding.com - This video was taken during the pre-judging of one of the last shows I did back in 2007, this is the top 3 in the heavyweights class and I got 2nd to my friend Wade McIntyre (in the middle in this video). I weighted in at 211 lbs for this show.

I am getting ready for the 2010 Atlantic Canadian Bodybuilding Championships that will take place on April 17th 2010... You can fallow my prep for this contest on my blog at : http://www.RealLifeBodybuilding.com .

Another really cool thing is that my good friend Lee Hayward will also be preparing for the same contest... make sure to fallow our progress... Your support is always welcome :)

  • I think the guy in the middle won because he was short so his muscle size really stood out. He was slightly more defined though but his height was an advantage.

  • amazing Dave

  • You were definitely the most aesthetic by a wide margin.

  • omg you're huge!!! i hope u won... the other guys r weird looking. :-/

  • I think overall, that you looked the best on stage compared to the other two guys but you definitely lost out on the "most muscular" pose. You also didn't seem the most comfortable with having the pose being called out, recalling it from memory, and hitting the pose soon. How's progress going right now?

  • ay dave, great work with your recipes, can you make some vids on the best workouts to do for muscles like lee, but workouts that aren't so obvious like flat bench or curls.
