-The Next Day-

Kelsie: Do you want to do anything??
Holli: No..
Kelsie: Are you sure you're not hungry??
Holli: I'm just fine.. I think I'll just go outside and read a book
Kelsie: It's raining??
Holli: I'll read on the porch then.
Kelsie: Well okay
Holli: *leaves*
Lauren: *comes downstairs in a sweater and sweat pants*
Kelsie: Why are you dressed like that??
Lauren: What do you mean *looks in the refridgerator from something*
Kelsie: I mean why are you covered up so much, it's not like 42 below in here
Lauren: I didn't say it was
Kelsie: Well you're dressed like it
Lauren: I'm sorry you have a problem with the way I dress *she snapped back*
Kelsie: What is with you?? You're so moody lately- Oh gosh!! Lauren!! Don't tell me!
Lauren: I'm not pregnant!! I couldn't be! Psh!... Psh.. Oh my gosh Kelsie I could be pregnant!!!
Kelsie: YOU'VE HAD SEX!
Lauren: Well.... Yes....
Kelsie: Do you think we should go get one of those home pregnancy things??
Lauren: I'll go *leaves*
Kelsie: *hears a scream and runs out onto the back porch* Holli! Are you ok!?!
Holli: Yeah *breathing heavy* I-I'm fine
Kelsie: Then why'd you scream??
Holli: This book is a real thriller
Kelsie: Suuuuurrrreeeee *goes back inside*
Holli: What are you doing!?!!
Joe: I'm sorry I just had to talk to you
Holli: Were you just making sure I had a quick heart attack before you did!!! Gosh Joe!
Joe: I'm sorry.. again *bites his lip* C-can I sit down??
Holli: Sure...
Joe: *sits beside her, not too close but not too far away*
Holli: Now what did you have to say??
Joe: I wanted to say-
Holli: You're sorry??
Joe: *he looks at her and smiles* That's exactly what I meant
Holli: Well in that case.. Save it! You expect a little apology to make up for what you did to me?? Is that what you thought!
Joe: Yes.. I just figured you wouldn't be so stubborn about this whole thing!
Holli: How can you say that to me! You're the jerk that told the entire state of New Jersey that you didn't love me!
Joe: I said I wasn't in love not that I wasn't in love with you-
Holli: SAME THING!!!
Joe: Don't get mad at me!!
Holli: *she got up and took a couple steps then turned back around* I-*sigh* Forget it...
Joe: Wait Holli I didn't mean it- please just wait!
Holli: Wait for what?? For you to change??.. I HAVE been for 5 years Joe. I'm done waiting for something, that is never going to happen.
Joe: Holli I promise, I will never hurt you like I did. Give me a chance to prove that to you
Holli: Why?? Why should I Joe?? Because I have no reason to.
Joe: Because! I've changed *takes her hand* Trust me, I have
Holli: I trust you. But for right now. I have to let go, of you, and everything that's happened between us. *turns away, let's go of his hand and starts walking*
Joe: *as she starts to open the door he jerks it shut and holds out his hand* Hi I'm Joe
Holli: *she looks up and him, half-smiles, takes his hand and they shake* I-I'm Jaide
Joe: That is a pretty cool name *laughs a little*

finally! I check every day for this... i should become a book no lie. this was a really good chapter and if my mother would stop ranting I would really have enjoyed it more.
