In this video, Mahalo Windows expert Sean Hewitt shows you how to fix your screen resolution.

Introduction to Resolution
---------------------------------------------------------------------

The screen resolution is how many pixels wide and how many pixel high your screen is displaying. If the resolution is too small, you may have a hard time seeing things on your desktop. However, if it is too lage, things on your screen may appear distorted. The large the resolution, the sharper the image.
A good example of this is zooming in on a picture. The closer you are, the more distorted the image looks, but if you zoom out, it becomes clearer.

Right click on your desktop background and select Screen resolution. You can also type "resolution" into the Start menu Search. Know what your native resolution is (the chart above shows you) and don't go above that. Your screen will automatically revert back if you select a resolution is too high. Play around with the resolution until you find one that works for you and then click Keep changes.

Adjust Icons
---------------------------------------------------------------------

If your icons look to large or small with the new resolution settings, click Make text and other items larger or smaller from the Screen resolution setting box. Select the size you would like (Smaller, Medium, Larger) and click OK.
