can this procedure be performed on larger (er, moderately)-sized guys? Or is it like the other techniques? I was told I am too large for peri but I think if T makes me smaller I'd be able to get it.

@MyGenesis122 : I've seen the same surgeon use this technique on a fairly large chest with great success - resultant nipple size was a good deal larger, and the incisions were a bit longer, but the result is still very good. I still think it's worth showing to surgeons to see if they'll consider it. Good luck.

@accompliceXX it would be nice, the scars are much smaller and less visible than with DI. Do you know of any other surgeons who perform this surgery?
MyGenesis122 1 year ago
@MyGenesis122 : I have no idea if there are any in the US who use this technique. I first heard of it in Brisbane, Australia, where Dr Hugh Bartholomeusz performs it, but in two stages with a few months in between.

Do you still have sensitivity in your nipples since the surgeon retained the blood vessels and such on a stalk?
thefoosballwizard 1 year ago
@thefoosballwizard Yes, sensitivity is retained; both nipples are sensitive to touch and cold. It's not so good on the side with the little adhesion though, but I think it's still improving even this long after the surgery.
