Tighten up the back of your arms with the Pilates version of this classic move. A must for any tank top wearer!
How To:
Kneel and extend your arms behind you at a downward angle, holding the ring between your palms. Use your palms and triceps to squeeze the sides of the ring together as far as you can and keep your elbows straight and shoulders rolling back. Hold the squeeze for a few seconds, release and repeat.
