  • 5:12 wonderful

  • Ot is one of our more popular trainers. he likes elbows!

  • love the slo-mo with the knock outs. Elbows are deadly!

Do u have to wear thoese low low cut shorts for Muay Thai? I don't wear "daisy dukes" when I am training. Is it mandatory for tournaments?

  • It's not mandatory but it's the type of shorts that Thai boxers like to use. if you use longer shorts then they can get in the way of high kicks. You want shorts to be short, to feel like the legs are free to move, to kick high and to knee.

  • @Bodybuddha Depends on your budget but overall it's not that expensive. It also depends on which camp you train at. Fairtex is rumoured to be a good camp but expensive. There are other camps in Thailand that are great and reasonably priced. You can pay for a daily walk in rate or accommodation and training and meals (stay at the camp, long stay training). Prices can vary from gym to gym but costs are around 25k-30k Baht a month

  • @jerryx2000 Part of the game. Great opportunity to learn by training in Thailand and then having a fight. What I really like about the fights in this video is that the fighters are matched by size and weight. Many times foreigners will go to Thailand do some Muay Thai training and then fight a local Thai who is usually smaller, lighter and less powerful, the matches are not matched evenly and usually set up so the foreigner wins and the Thai guy makes a few bucks.

  • wow the ultimate fighting Muay Thai reveals the true essence of Martial Arts
