Thats what the soviets did. The USSR was capitalistic. The military was protecting the rich 5% of society (like in the USA).
But 50 years of hypnosis have tricked you people into believing that the soviet union was the manifestation of communism. Lol. USSR was as close related to communism as a cow is to the first moon landing. You folks believe everything.
It's not anybody else's fault that you're stuck in poverty.
Reminder: The money spent on the military could be used to give every American citizen basic health care. In fact it could do a lot of things that could make this country great. But no we spend it on killing foreign people oh well.
