pikachu is kind of a block whore...and he shoots too much projectiles when he has enough bars after blocking so much...so I noticed u either grab him or u kick him really low or u attack from above

also i just recently noticed but when he does that mail special of his even when you block against it, you still take the same amount of damage as when you get hit by it.

Broken or not, he still doesn't look very good. Almost "Retard" Worthy. I would fight him, but I think I've done enough retard videos. My last two weren't even very good.
