wow sir thanks for ur videos i was looking for some real help and in all of ur tutorial there is soo much learning techniques.......well unfortunately i have a JKAI state tournament and im not prepared but i will use ur techniques which are very important in future.......thanks for your awesome tutorials.......sir...... :-)

Oh, no doubt. Spencer looks like a very disciplined martial artist. Plus, I believe that a person who can take punishment can also dish it out as well.
