His voice is not as silky smooth here as it is on the album. I'm hoping he can take an extended rest (at least a week or two) for some badly needed R and R. I would love to hear this beautiful song with the same silky smoothness as "The World I Know" - one of his best vocal performances.

I agree with U. He should take more beatiful song like 'First Time ever I saw Your Face' on in his album because it shows tender side of him. I think his voice is compatible with sweet song like that. Permanent is my fave too in the album.
