Useless ferals should be Euthanased, not neutered and released.

The range is determined by the car you buy, but the one I used had plenty of range. I could get far enough away that I had a hard time seeing if the feral had entered the trap or not.

Many cities have tried euthanising ferals only to see the populations return to the same levels a few years later. TNR programs stabilize the populations and make the ferals much better neighbors.
