Just screwin' around in Linux Mint 9 (Isadora)...very fun to use and thousands of preferences and graphical settings to help you stay away from being on-task.
From determining what visualization windows perform when closing, to the 3D effect of windows stacking upon spinning the Compiz Cube, to determining the opacity of less active windows, customization in Linux beats ANY other operating system on the planet. Ever.
The video is of course laggier than when the OS is normally operating. Mint is surprisingly smooth and fast...especially for someone with an average computer (me); somebody that suffers from low FPS in NL...
@randomman4 You don't have 20gigs of space? That's all it takes... :)
With the built-in mint4win program, you can install Linux as a Windows program (like I did) and upon reboot your computer will ask which OS to use. All Linux files actually get saved as Windows files, and Mint acts like a PC program (except it's full-screen and requires rebooting).
To get rid of Linux, you'd go into Windows and when highlighting the "program", you press uninstall! Simple and easy! It's pretty cool... :P

@JClarke0912 Ha guess what, My comp when looking at a normal B&M invert train, runs a whopping 5 fps -_- with NOTHING ELSE. My comp is a living legend! I wanna install linux but my parents would be like WTF! and I don't really feel like dual bootin as I don't really have the hard drive space.

@randomman4 lol my computer isn't that strong either...it's just a stock computer. Linux is quite fast...considering that this same computer runs NoLimits at an average 20 fps. :P
Hooray for s*** computers!

Fuck you just because your comp can handle this.
