Tip: Skip the salt when using soy sauce—there's plenty of sodium
Trick: While the chicken marinates, start cooking the rice
Trick: Save time and use organic pre-chopped garlic
Technique: Chop the chicken into equal bite-sized pieces for even cooking
Technique: Fully coat chicken pieces and let marinate for 15 minutes
