Been trying to identify this track since I first heard it on the 1970s Royal Navy video 'Frigate'. Many thanks!

All those lovely ladies + and a young, vibrant, and elegant Nancy Sinatra = Heaven (for me, anyway).

I love the music. It reminds me a little of the music from The Sims (2000 video game) when you go into 'buy mode' to buy furniture.
-
@jrrylpz cheers...i fancy using it as background music

This sounds a bit like the theme to the swinging chick film "Au Pair Girls" for which Mr Webb wrote the music. I think the trailer for the film is elsewhere on yt if you want to check it out.

Love this...especially the young Tina Turner.

what do they call this kind of music...I've been looking under swing but can't find anything.

'Swinging' refers to the lifestyle rather than the music genre. try looking under lounge music, soft tempo, bossa nova, easy listening... cheers!

Roger Webb, excellent. It's hard as hell to find anything by him online (let alone in stores), especially with that religious nut with the same name clogging up every search result.
Cool video, too.

Yes. You should also check out Barbara Moore... she is Roger's singer/vocalist. Great voice!
