@2WIREG just use the grey scolling screen in your menu options after a little screen retention, dont really have to but it's there if needed, just wipes away the ghost image

image retention on mine is quite severe i just bought it.... how to change?

@ApFaqTech , WTF are you talking about? Longevity?! 60,000 hours is not long enough. Do you still watch the same TV from 20 years ago? I hope not. 60,000 equates to 20 YEARS of 8 HOURS PER DAY of viewing. That, by the way, is to HALF LIFE. Meaning the image will just be darker. If you are willing to trade outright image quality and superiority for something that will last longer and suck more the whole time.....well....I feel that makes you unqualified to make statements about HDTVs.

If you game alot LCD is the way to go, but if you only watch movies then Plasma is the way.

I have this TV play my video games on it all the time. I played street fighter with my buddys for over 3 hours. Sure there was a image retention from the health bars and special bars being constant on the screen. After a a couple hours they were completly gone. Burn in is a thing of the past you would have to leave your TV on a still image for like 2 or 3 days straight to get burn in.
