tourette is a syndrome that causes the body to make sudden reactions or sayings without free will. a guy i know get sudden reactions with his eye because he got tourette. tourette can be recognized as many things, in this case, it was the cursing words of "Tourette's Guy", his tourette syndrome causes him to say/shout cursing words.
