  • thank u riffin for droppin the jewel!

  • I appload all artistic expression both positive and negative- both are nessesary to see all of the sides of our human emotions.

  • I just don't understand when real people give shout out's to gangsta rapper's when they have the biggest negative effect on the culture. I don't think we should only study one culture and try to understand why people of other cultures get nervous around Hiphoppas. I've seen from different sides from being around different people but I still hate having to defend myself against the results in eyes from the mixture of Gangsta's in Hip Hop culture. I wish all cultures were united.

  • @DodgaP I agree, as well as disagree with you- I don't believe Gangsta rap ruined the culture- the culture was never ruined, nor did it go anywhere- all you have seen is the capitalist approach to exploit a way of life- it is no different from profiting of of yoga culture which they do in the market world. you have to embrace your culture and live through it- what i have seen is people get older and stop living the culture, and they think it changed when it is really themselves who have changed

  • in respect to their impact on the culture regardless off negative or positive.

  • who is that at 3:25

  • Queen Latifah

  • Sick tune. For those interested, the beat sampled "Monkey Man" by the Rolling Stones.

  • yeah!

  • alicia keys, rihanna, justin bieber, akon, jay-z, beyonce.....all the people now sucks

this was a better concept of american hip hop culture. nothing of the in fashion artist rap on this year is like this.

  • @ClassicTone I agree man, we need both sides of the coin.

  • @ClassicTone Thank you for keepin it real in a generation of over-opinionated nobodies lol.....

  • respect to those who respect hip-hop

  • Positive was then cool instead of negativity. Respect and free expression. Love Peace Unity and safely having Fun. What if these things were cool. And why would we ever want them alone in one culture. I don't think people should only know about their culture. We live in a big world, there's a lot of good people around. Sure it's an imposable goal. And my point was always that Gangsta Rap just made it harder.

  • Gangsta Rap just made it harder since most people are not going to try to hard to learn about another culture. Gangster Rap brought a lot of confusion with it. It ruined a lot of kids when they started imitating it after it looked appealing. Imagine if what they were learning about was Hip Hop because it was strongly expressed and all that was there.

  • I never said Gangster Rap ruined Hip Hop culture. What I said is that it made it harder for many Hiphoppas to live in society if they want to enjoy a life among all people. I am personally trying to move away from all cultural boundaries but I don't think there are many Hiphoppas that haven't experienced prejudiced and with many people that prejudice would not exist if Hip Hop culture was understood and excepted the way it should be.
