When there is a fatal accident in Bangkok, watch and wait - the bodysnatchers will soon come. Once reviled, they have cleaned up their act and are now the toast of Thai society.

Lacking the social services to provide ambulances, Thailand relies on bodysnatchers to pick up the dead from its streets. They are not rewarded with money, but Karma. As Suthira explains, not only does it make her feel happy to be helping others, but "the good merit returns to our family."

  • This documentary sucks!! bias! The body snatchers aren't called body snatchers in Thailand.. Those people are good example of being a responsible citizens, and they are not afraid of touching dead bodies because they don't believe in hollywood movies. They are purely good citizens. Those Americans are too weak to face this and started to condemn it and making it looks like a bad situation in Thailand, when the truth is this is the truth and this is what good people will do.

  • "after dark in Bangkok is a time of danger"

Got to love that good old fashioned Propaganda

  • Lol is this a joke? This isnt even real.

  • @teojeehuat stop hating on america you stupidass fuck, the people in the documentary have an english or australian accent you moron

  • @robi2000 - THANK YOU! Glad someone around here still has a well functioning brain. Have you noticed though that it's usually the folks who have NEVER been to the U.S.A. who criticize us the most?? Interesting. A little tid-bit for all you "anti-American idiots who have NEVER been here; The U.S. has the MOST advanced medical emergency infrastructure in the WORLD. I know this because I was a trauma nurse for years before changing professions. Read a book or watch a documentary you retards.

  • @teojeehuat 'Those Americans' ? Wake the fuck up you pathetic morons of planet earth whom are SO VERY UNEDUCATED that you think any human or fantasy human who does something you disagree with are 'americans' . I personally saw NOTHING in this story about Americans. If you're too stupid to hear the Australian accent then that could be forgiveable. But if you're also too stupid to see and hear that this documentary does not in any way insult these people - THEN WAKE UP CHILD,and grow up too!

  • @mainandmizzen

true, it's safe to walk on streets on bangkok ,of course dependent of areas. very nice street foods too

  • @teojeehuat It's an australian documentary, not american.

  • @teojeehuat well said, upz for you.

  • @teojeehuat its not that americans are too weak to face this, its that americans are sick motherfuckers. you can bet that any attractive woman who dies and isnt too mutilated will be taken home for a couple days before she was dumped somewhere...."hey guys im just gunna take this tragically deceased busty bimbo over to uh......the uh.....hospital.....ok see ya later.". people would also use this in america to transport bodies and exploit legal loopholes. america isnt morally ready for this

  • @BigMTBrain - However, in the final analysis, they are exhibiting a bravado uncommon in the west and performing a valuable and necessary function for society at large as well as for victims and their families..
