A little video of my standard 2005-model Saab 9-5 2.2 TiD Manual Saloon accelerating from a standstill to 75mph - only 120bhp but it runs well.

  • You should do as I will do --> ptronic (best powerbox)

+42HP with a 2 min install :) better perfs, and less fuel consumption :)

  • I have the auto - a bit like a rubber band. Smooth but I'd like to chip it if possible?

  • 2005? the gauges looks like theyre from the 80s haha looks ugly as fuck

  • I thought the way to go with a diesel was not to redline it? Depends on the engine I guess.

  • @viestemnogotupi Ahh, I was unaware of that.

  • @lepivert what is Opel Saturn?? The engine is from Opel's mid-sized class range (Astra G, Vectra B, Vectra C, Signum)

  • @AdamH108TA especially if it's not broken (most of the cases) :D

  • @dan2e2 t5/t7 have nothing in common with this engine. its controlled by a hybrid ECU which sits on top of the fuel pump (bosch VP44 PSG16). its almost impossible to remap it, i have chosen a powerbox for that reason

  • The 2.2 TiD in this Saab 9-5 is from Opel (Saturn...).
