there is also the step through reverse, it's like the virtical step through (the first one) only instead of grabbing the hoop, you just fit it & reverse it then pull your leg through really quick, it's quick but very easy.
hold it a bit longer with your hand after you switch :) that should help your face. i actually never let go, but my hand is twisted and looks bad. so don't twist your hand
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I can now do the step through and my family thinks its pretty cool! Is there any tips you have on keeping fluidity when you step through over and over again (the last part you showed)? I keep hitting myself in the face :O Thanks again!
Thanks for your tutorial, I've got most of it sussed apart from a piece of detail, at 4:03 you bring the hoop from behind you to your front, I'm unsure of the hand movement, is it possible for you to break that down? I hope you're still reading your comments as you posted this vid over a year ago! Happy hooping! :o)
Thank you. You do a great job breaking this one down. Before I didn't understand how this move was possible. It seemed like magic! Now it makes sense and I am well on my way to being able to do it... without hitting myself too much! hehe
I love the way you break down tricks into steps. You've really helped me learn this trick
