  • i agree with that ^^^^^^

, but i think this was mainly just showing how very little people actually notice the sacrifice that was made.

  • Although a moving short film, I fail to see how this accurately represents God's "sacrifice" of Jesus. 1) God knew LONG in advance this would happen. The father in this video made a panicked, last minute decision. 2) Jesus (supposedly) willingly died, he knew what was at stake. The boy in this video had no choice, he was simply killed by the father with no prior plan. 3) The father in this film loses his son FOREVER. God got Jesus back in... 3 DAYS. Not very comparable, is it?

  • @1960romanrobles Yes, this story is originally happened dates back during British rule in India, and is inspired from it.

The incident originally happened at the Pamban Bridge is situated in Tamil Nadu (Rameshwarm), India. At the entrance of the bridge you can see a picture of a weeping man holding some human body parts close to his chest, which was his only son.

British Government honored him greatly and in memory of this incident they placed the picture at the entrance of the bridge.

  • this is super touching...!!!

  • The movie wasnt made to represnt God's sacrifice. This story is a true story so it of course the intention was not to represent the man as God and the child as Jesus, it was meant to show only one thing, the sacrice, the death of the most beloved son of God for people who didnt deserve it.

  • @worldsworstjukebox And also, Jesus is actually part of God, of the trinity 3 in one. And the boy would (hopefully) be sent to heaven to be reuinited in the long run.

  • @worldsworstjukebox but, there is so much more. Jesus cam down to die for us to save us form our sins, and even asked God if there was any other way prior to his death, but would accept God's will. the Boy knew the train was coming too quickly and went to save them by trying to pull the lever. And it had to be hard for God to send his only son to die, even though he knew it would happen. Yes there was a shorter time in the movie to consider this, but when he pulled the lever he knew his sondied

  • @worldsworstjukebox 1) The movie is comparing the LOVE God had to make his son suffer on the cross for us, just like the man made the decision to sacrifise his own son for the salvation of the people on the train. 2) The father didn't lose his son forever, he will reunite with him in heaven.

  • @worldsworstjukebox Its the fact that God to gave his son so other people owuld get a chance to live even if they lived in Sin

  • @VikMone the bridge master

  • Ano po title ng song?

  • Lets just make it easy...

    the Father would represent GOD

    his son would be JESUS

and the people on the train would be the SINNERS ( US )
