  • @betatalk357 those excuses dont apply here..my buddy is a truck driver and diesel mechanic and had owned diesel trucks in the past and own's an ex- military diesel truck now for yard work ....and his wife isnt some stupid chick that has no clue around cars...she is very smart when it comes to auto repair and is no dummy , there was something wrong with her jetta , and someone else i know with a 5 year old diesel vw had troubles also

  • @390merc65 and E) the shit I gave you about not knowing how to properly operate a diesel, don't take it personal. Instead, pass my sentiments to your buddy and his "Stupid Sign" wife.

  • @390merc65 A) landyachtfan79 didn't bust your balls about a diesel; i did. B) Ok, I fucked up; your buddy's wife, NOT YOU, had the diesel. (U mentioned it 2 weeks ago) C) It drives me up the wall when the people buy products without a clue to use them (even though instructions are included), then break the product because they didn't follow directions. D) Don't bash on a diesel Jetta simply because your buddy nor his wife didn't know to add diesel additive to every tank during winter.

  • @landyachtfan79 Yeah, I know, but I'm just saying. You're talking about an '89 Grand Marquis, a hit. The sundance was a big miss. Why did they even bother to build it in the first place? Why were they practically 'forcing people to buy American' when it was AND THEY KNEW it was a piece of shit? Were they DELIBERATELY trying to ruin their reputation and sabotage the Big 3 to get free bailout money 20 years later?

  • @landyachtfan79 what the fuck are you talking about?...and if you are going to bust balls..at least get things right..i have a 90 grand marquis..not an 89 ,,,and were did i say [A N Y T H I N G ] about a diesel????..please point that out to me....and read the service manual on what ???...what did i buy that i have to read the manual???...you are spouting off about things i have no idea what you are talking about...dumbass

  • @390merc65 Didn't you OR your wife bothered to read the service manual when you bought the fucking thing? Typical consumers... buy shit, don't read the instructions, thinking you know better than the manufacturers, then wonder why your product's broken or won't work. Do you think they make instructions for their fucking health? In Jeff Foxworth's words, "Here's your 'stupid' sign." Darwin, oh Darwin, where are you when we need you to rid the Earth of dumbasses??

  • @betatalk357 The Sundance is a little puddle-jumper piece of shit!!!!! I was talking about 390merc65's '89 Grand Marquis, thank you very much!!!!!!!!

  • @390merc65 A diesel won't start in the cold is because the fuel is now sludge. Its too thick, won't pump into the engine, and won't run. Put a diesel additive in the tank to thin down the diesel. Buy it at Autozone during winter, and keep adding recommended amount per tank.

  • @landyachtfan79 What about puttering and sputtering in a pathetic, piece of shit '89 plymouth sundance with a rattling rack and pinion steering unit, a no-powered 4 banger, FWD? Is there ANY joy in that? But, hey, could be worse. I could be speeding in comfort and style in a beautiful '98 BMW 325is..... in-line 6 cylinder, rear wheel drive, 5 speed manual, sunroof.

  • @390merc65 Anything better than cruising down the interstate in a full sized, rear-wheel drive, full frame, big V8 powered American sedan (Imitates Tim Allen grunt"!!!
