What Attorney Orly Taitz is trying to tell the MSNBC jackass announcer is this: "To be president of the United States, you must be a natural citizen of the United States." The point she made with respect to that is: "To be a natural citizen of the United States, both of your parents have to be US Citizens." Therefore, the conclusion is this: "Since only BHO's mother was a US citizen, BHO can not legally be the president of the United States."

Notice the attempts to stop Dr Taitz at important points. MSNBC had to gang up on her.
Points that still need be investigated: 1. Obama's dad is not a US citizen - the President must have both parents US born. 2. In Hawaii, back then, a birth certificate could be obtained by ONE parent 3. Obama was not properly vetted before the election.
This could set a dangerous precedent which the Supreme Court could one day rule that any foreigner can be president since it already happened.

I say, Jan. 26, 2010. Smith declares that he traveled to Kenya in February and paid off a military officer in order to obtain a copy of the birth certificate from Coast General Hospital in Mombasa. The declaration also states that the hospital administrator signed and sealed the copy, which indicates oBAMA'S birth in Africa on Aug. 4, 1961, at 7:24 p.m. Truthers can't handle the truth.
