The M-APG, or "Move - All Purpose Gun", is my appeal to Sony or third-party accessory makers for a more compelling motion controller setup. I say "all-purpose" because it has design/handling characteristics of various gun types: assault rifle, shotgun, SMG, and a handgun. Note: the navigation controller goes inside the front grip.

@trueloverJJ all you need is the camera and two controllers, the camera acts as your sensor and yeah I'm pretty sure it's functional with any ps3

do you have to have the playstation 3 slim to play move games or to use any of the controllers or can i just use a normal ps3 ? please help before i make a bad mistake ?

very neat and looks like u put a good amount of time into it. i would have to say the harder part would be coding for that gun to work seamlessly. i'd hate for something that looks that nice to end up as useful as a nes zapper.

that screen is very possible we had dreamcast memory cards with such functionality.

@HalfFact With the nav controller in the handle of course! I just think it sucks because you have to move your hands to press the main square triangle ect. buttons

Ehm, you can't use gun add ons on RE5... you shoot with the move button not the trigger button. Or have they patched it by now??

You put alot of work into this. Really good job. But I have a few questions.
1. How would you turn like I know with the joystick you can move forward,backward, and side to side.
2. How much do you think it would sell for because it seems like with the sophisticated technology it would be really expensive(like the cost of a new ps3).
But anyway really good job. :)

@NewAgeRetroHippie2 Turning could be done by the traditional way of detecting the aim to the edges of the screen (I know that sucks). I actually have better ideas in mind that would provide a more complete solution for all things, including turning, but this was just an idea I had at one point.
