@secondamendjoe but they also gave them an asgard computer with their whole database, and since the weapons were added using hum technology like the metals and crystals they would be able to copy the technology onto other ships, they can use teleports etc because of the database they might not understand all of it but they can still use buts

What episode is that from at 0:38 where there are two Earth ships with Asgard Beam Weapons? I thought the Asgard only put them on the Odyssey.

Well thats from episode 4x11 from stargate atlantis. And youre right the first "beam" weapons were placed on the oddessey in the last episode of stargate sg-1 unending. At the end of this episode, sg-1 succeeds with seperating the asgard core from the ship. They also talk about reproducing these weapons on there other x-304 battlecruisers.
And those ships with these new weapons you can see here in action> :) trust me they will use them ALOT more :).
