This workout is difficult so its only for advanced... Flat on you back on the bench holding for 10 seconds.. take your legs bring them all the way you were you only on your shoulders.. Slowly bring them down (your not moving your torso until your legs and torso is dead even the slowing bringing it down. Your but should touch the same time you legs touch.
