Anni demonstrates how simple it is to make an oriental flavored carrot salad using either a knife, a hand chopper, a grater or a food processor.
ESSENTIAL Ingredients are: Carrots; Olive oil; Rice vinegar.
OPTIONAL Ingredients are:
(Shown) Green onion; Braggs Amino Acids; Toasted sesame oil; Parsley.
(Not shown) Soaked raisins; Garlic; Dulse; Sesame seeds; red or white onion; Fresh pineapple, Coconut, etc.
(NOTE: This cannot be considered 100% raw food if toasted sesame oil or Braggs Amino Acids are added---but it is still very close.)

As with all our creations, the written recipe for this raw food is posted at www.ph-n.com.

  • where did you buy that juicer

  • Oh - you probably meant the citrus juicer. We used to sell those too, but found them to be too expensive for the value. It is an OrangeX juicer - you can find them online.
