Massive Grave Relocation - Los Angeles National Cemetery

This footage was shot in the Los Angeles National Cemetery in March of 2010. I never saw where the actual graves were being moved. Just like in "Poltergeist," it appeared that they were only moving the headstones! It was sort of creepy coming up on this and wondering what was really going on.

If you watch both videos, see "Return to the Massive Grave Relocation," and read the information given, it makes clear what the cemetery was doing, though that never changed a sort of eerie and sad feeling that was present while seeing the landscaping being done.

Here is a more recent article on the same subject at Arlington. Considering what was taking place here I'm sure the same problem could occur if the documentation of the graves was inaccurate.
