Another split-screen video created by my Epiphone Casino and Cort! A hard day's night is the first song you'll find on the album. My favorite part is the number one chord at the beginning... Don't ask me what chord it is cause I have no idea? LoL. I just learnt it through my guitar teacher :)

  • Good cover, some of the chords wrong though. The opening chord to the song is an Fadd9 with a G on the top, using the same chord you can play the outro picking the individual notes in the chord. Some people may argue with me on this but even George Harrison said in an interview that the chord is an Fadd9 with a G on the top. John plays a normal C chord during the song and George Harrison plays the C chord the way you played it. Anyways thats just a few examples, but you have the basics down.

  • @CoIeStones Yes I totally agree with you, that cover was done quite a while now and I have realized now what I have done wrong. Thanks for the tips anyway! There may be a possibility I may re-do this song because I think I can play it a lot better now. And in addition I am getting a new Hofner Contemporary bass, I will include it in most of my future videos.

    Kind regards

    Jakaroo96 (:

  • @Jakaroo96 If I had a camera I would post videos but I dont, one of the things I find the most common in the songs is that John and George play the same chords but in different locations on the neck. For example on She Loves You they both play Em at the 7th fret and then they both go to the A chord on the 5th fret, but George plays an A7, etc.

  • @CoIeStones Cool, I never really thought about that! How do you know about the positions where John and George played? Are you watching the live concerts because a lot of the time I try to watch their finger positions and stuff but the camera never really focuses on their hands.

  • @Jakaroo96 You should go with te Höfner Ignition/Icon instead and put on som flats on it instead. It has no block in the inside it like Paul's one which the Contemporary has. The Contemporary will give you a more modern sound but lose a bit of that 60-ish sound. Just wanted you to know!

  • @BeatlesFobe Ok, thanks for the information! I didn't know about the block and all that in the contemporary's body, but I have already bought the contemporary online and I am happy with what I have got. I had been already been considering getting and an ignition bass, but I wanted something that was just a little bit better than it! I guess you could say I didn't exactly enjoy the look and feel of it. Anyway, I appreciate your comment and thanks for watching!

  • @miqiee Thanks for the nice comment, I think I did alright in this but I think I could do a bit better now! Though I don't understand why I have so many dislikes? I played guitar the best I could at the time. Anyway, don't worry about that, I appreciate your kind words (:

  • Fantastic! Wish I could play that well. Keep playing, please!
