The World's Greatest Tank - Stridsvagn 122 (Leo 2A5)

This is a video from the Swedish Armed Forces showing of Sweden's version of the Leopard 2A5, the Stridsvagn 122 A&B. Having proven its agility, mobility and firepower in the Swedish Arctic Nature aswell in heavily dense forests and dusty deserts, the Strv 122 has absolutely no problem getting forward at all. The Strv 122 data & communication aswell as the aiming and fire-control system (Celsius) that Sweden has created for the Leo 2 is so advanced and functional, the Leo 2A7 is going to get the same kind of systems developed by Sweden.

- does the str 122 have the L44 or the new L55?

@CapKorzeniowski The Strv 122A has the L44 120 mm Smoothbore. But If I'm not totally mistaken, I believe the Swedish Armed forces were going to upgrade their Leo 2's with the L55 gun eventually and more of them were going to get the extra mine protection. Just as the Leo 2A6 can be upgraded into the Leo 2A6M. This is to be done to 10 tanks so far and they're designated 122B by the SAF.
