I saw them in '94 in Chapel Hill, and it remains one of my top five all time concerts. amazing. and she was wearing that same necklace, I'll never forget it. this totally gives me the chills.

Is it just me or is Harriet on meth in this concert?

This was the last show of the Static & Silence tour after a grueling U.S. tour. She also had a 2-year old girl to take care of after the show. That's partly the reason why they gave up on music.
But even if they didn't tour, I really wish Harriet and David would just set up a website and sell some homemade CDs through it. I honestly would buy a CD of Harriet just talking about cats or anything else she wanted to talk about. Something incredibly soothing about her voice that I crave.
