  • Pretty cool. Toronto is moving in the right direction, but it needs to be more like New York and embrace the 24-7 "city that never sleeps" culture. That means allow bars to serve alcohol all night. Also NYC is awesome during "happy hour". Last time I was in Toronto I was disappointed that the city went to bed early so to speak

  • @cowlateral158 this is an old video, so all the things u saw under construction have now been added to the skyline, but the truth is that most people only go to downtown for work or school, and the people who do go to Toronto for entertainment, go for certain shows and festivals. Our nightlife is quite limited though in that other than the clubs only cater certain people. Most shoppers have their malls closed early, and othrs liv far in the suburbs, there just isn't enough people.

  • Nice video, mate! The city seemed to be much more exciting than I thought! Changed my mind about the place, ive always seen the city as a boring place... ;D

  • @tarsabsb i used to think so too, but toronto is changing really quickly and i never knew or noticed we had this type of growth. Most of the buildings that were underconstruction in the video are now completed, so many cool things are coming soon.

  • I miss Gardiner & 401@ 200km/hr(winter record). :)

  • This city is just so awesome

  • @TheCurrentPope The song is called "Sorry Sorry" by Super Junior (a Korean group).

  • @jonray107 Wow it just sounds so good :D thanks guys, I'll definitely do it :P

  • @SubRealityDistortion hes true, just today i came home from the "taste of the danforth" festival which celebrates greektown and its food. Theres just so many cultures too see in such an environment.

  • @cynicalbluewhale Wow thanks for the encouragement :P I've made up my mind and I'm definitely going to move there one time or another, I've heard it's just full of culture, just like Bristol in the UK.

  • @SubRealityDistortion

You should, I moved from the US, and I loved it for the time I was there, student visa's run out unfortunately and I couldn't afford to live there, one day though. It's just such a different city, not quite a western city like New York or Chicago, not European, Not like Vancouver (another unique city), it's just itself. Such a thriving immigrant culture gives it a very unique and welcoming feeling, the people are nice, and it's a lot bigger than I expected.

  • I've been considering moving from Scotland to Toronto for so long but I can never make up my mind xD

  • hey can you do A 2010 version to this? its gona be beautiful

  • @jland904 no its just toronto
