sorry, bud. I'm not jealous of dimebag. The only thing he could do was play fast. And that doesn't even matter.Tone, touch and feeling is what matters. Ask Jeff Beck for example. He could kick dimebags ass on the guitar. Btw, do you even play an instrument? probably not.

well then please explain why do everybody call him a guitar god? probably because he can play any technique on the guitar so its like whatever you can do, he can better just faster and cleaner. and your right i dont play an instrument, however i play the drums.

Who calls him a god? You and your boyfriend? I think everyone is more than two people. Maybe that is your problem. Playing an instrument isn't all about playing fast and clean. It is about feeling.

actually it requires all three elements: speed, clean technique, and the feeling to play for the music.which containing those elements you be the best guitar players such as steve vai, joe satriani and many others. also creating creative notes and good guitar riffs also makes that guitar player extremely good. in which case dimebag has all those elements, as for you, dude give it up... your jealous and everybody knows dimebag is one of the best.

Also, Dimebag is not one of the best. If you consider one of the best to be people in the top 100, then yes, I'd put Dimebag in my top 100. But he was nowhere near close to alot of other guitarists.

Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and Dimebag all have really crappy tone. And no one considers them gods. Eric Clapton is called God. And it isn't because he plays a thousand notes a second.

alright thats enough apparantly this is my last comment to you cause i had enough, replying back. dude, you are a damn fool, you are a guitar player yourself and fail to see that, sure its not all about playing at the fastest speed, but its cool to have those kind of techniques because it requires years of practice, in which some you will never achieve in a million years, cause poor you cant stand the pain.

also steve vai and joe satriani, they do put feelings to there guitar and songs all you do is try and find how fast they play but ya know i cant help someone who fails to see a true great guitarist. you might as well go on and say miley cyrus and jonas guys are guitar gods as well because all they do is play basic crap and oh and "they put feelings into there music" maybe its not fake that they easily get fame. yeah yea well anyways im done...have a nice life sir.
