Using a Datsun 120Y, we installed a HOH Cell, with over a 50% increase in mileage. City was: 23 MPG now: 34 MPG :: Hwy was: 35 MPG now: 54 MPG. Hwy testing was done on a consistent circuit, measuring fuel consumption in each trip. Results are averages, with better and worse data recorded overall. The Datsun continues to run rich, so still more room for improvement :: More at http://www.hohcells.com

  • hey did the car run rich before the hho booster?

a number of people say that you would need to modify the o2 sensor because it reads more oxygen and so dumps more fuel into the combustion. I though for such an old car there may be either one or maby no oxygen sensor and so for old card you would not have the problem of the car running rich

  • No not overly, it blew a bit of smoke which it no longer does. I've found that the O2 sensor over ride is required in most EFI installs. The best way to think of the HOH gas is as a combustion aid, where the combustion can be leaned back dramatically without increased combustion temperature. My testing shows a better result from advancing the timing rather than retarding which is widely reported?

  • nicely done ... would love to see validation of your mileage increase ... and have you performed tests with more modern computer controled autos ???

  • Have done some testing we EFI based vehicles with good results but not to the extent with the Dato. This is next on the agenda.

  • hi have you tried removing the air filter as may give better combustion cheers also have you tried cutting tips off spark plugs to make spark go to the outer ring and a plasma igntion coil (higher voltage may tweak stuff )

  • I'm doing a lot of tests with Air / Fuel / HOH / Vacuum and variations with up and down results. Will be starting on high energy ignition soon. Thanks.

  • Any more improvements now?

  • there is alot of room in that engine

  • naw too much steam ..give info so us chaps can be millionaires

  • hho cells, you musta gone somewbere. anyways you can lean out most cars, i mean my 97 kia was easy, it doesnt go in closed loop mode no matter what you do. had a 96 mazda millinium that had a 4 02 system, {1 a precat sensor and a post cat sensor} times 2 since it had a two exhaust manifols) the piece of crap went into open loop if you did anything to alter the o2, let alone the maf: next project is install my hho cell bolted to ex manifold clad in ceramic and gas line is bolted to ex and heat

  • ??? for you did you have to change the timing on your engine for it to run on it?

    thanks

  • one question, why do you not star the engine car in the video?

  • Got a question for ya badx, what is it that u think this little engine consumes 3600 litres per minute of?I have a pretty mean chevy v8 with a 700 cfm carb, dont know of anything that this considerably larger engine would 3600 litres of per minute

  • How about the cathode and anode electron emitters. Do they warm up? Do you use pure water for the electrical conductivity? or you use and additive? I can see that your cell is outside of the HHO generator. Hoe does it produce if its not under water? Is there water in that cell ?
