Very very nice result!

I noticed that you were motor-sailing (exhaust from tailpipe, boat moving too quickly, no whitecaps, head sail not always full).. Have you tried this setup purely under sail with any success? Just wondering what its like under those conditions. I'm envious at how stable your kite cam is. My system is much too jerky and I'm trying different scenarios - onland. Would be nice to get a shot of your kite cam setup! :-)

Hi Alex...imagine my surprise when I discovered that I'm a close neigbour of Cathy B in Peterhead?...I've just recently bought StellaMar (Colvic Watson 26) and intend sailing her back to Ireland over the summer....The kite cam is a fantastic idea for aerial shots of her...crackin' video!...Sorry to hear you've sold her, a lovely boat as I remember...
