Finally went an entire day with only juicing / raw veggies & fruits. Woohoo me! :)
Day 5 - Juicing Cleanse
9am, 11am, 1pm 3pm 5pm - Mean Green
* Had carrots, grapes, cucumber and oranges between as snacks
7pm - Ate carrots, pineapple and grapes
* Drank the most water I've had in a long time. Must have pissed 30 times.
*Overall, I'd say it was a great day. At times I felt that it would just be a lot easier to eat whatever was in the cupboards or freezer, but something inside of me just overcame that little voice and I kept sticking to the plan. As my first day of full juicing cleanse... I'd say I didn't pretty good. Kind of cool what you can do when you stick to your plan.
*Not sure if I'll juice all day tomorrow, but I made enough today to last for two full days or four half days. We'll see. I want to workout on Wednesday and want to make sure I have protein and carbs for fuel so might sneak in some yogurt and mini wheat bagels tomorrow.
