@stumpy95 add some glute ham raises, deadlifts and stiff leg deadlifts; ham curls aren't enough to compliment the heavy sqauts, end up blowin a ham on the field.

All of you trying to get huge calves, quads and hamstrings. It's doing squats, calf raises and hamstring curls PROPERLY at your safe maximum weight 3-5 reps per set 3 sets each exercise. Alternating exercises after each set. No more than 30 seconds to 1 minute rest between sets. Do these exercises no more than 3 times a week. And eat PROPER HEALTHY food. You'll see results quickly.

Gucci Mane says he's a talking "brick"for other reasons, but Jones-Drew is a literally a freaking walking brick. He pretty much maxed out his 5'7 frame all with muscle!
