pure fantasy,in reality of course the baggae system breaks down every few minutes,and your bag is delivered in the baggage area a few hours after the the plane has left when they opened T5, on the first day,the baggage system broke down in just a few minutes, resulting that week, in the biggest mountain of lost baggage the world had ever seen,

Yes it is. Just before the X-ray are several mechanisms to make sure the bags are properly aligned. If the bag fails the 1st X-ray test then it goes through a couple more stages of testing and if after that security still can't make out what's in the bag, the passenger has to come in to explain.
