@humbleradio I have a honda rebel that isn't CARB that means I can't ride it there in cali right?? I think they told me I could have it there registered as a show bike I kinda laughed at that.

@Sauron767 Honda does not currently export Super Cubs in any form to the United States. You must be thinking of a Taiwanese clone bike. Not sure about Cally highway laws, but I would guess that anything under 250 cc would be prohibited on expressways.
