How come the 2 d fire truck is from Arcadia when Arcadia is further south from Hampstead?

Ok. This is kind of random...but does Engine Tanker 24 have an air horn button on the floorboard of the OIC's side? Or does it pulley above the OIC?

Its a foot switch on the floorboard.....the Q2b is also on the floor.
