Is this walkthorugh for the SNES version or GBA? and is there a difference?

It's played on the GBA, it's mostly a graphics difference, but there is a big difference in the Ice Dungeon, so you might want to look for the SNES walkthrough if you're playing that version.

There is actually a uh, tombstone that can be pushed back within the graveyard, I don't think I showed in any of the videos, I may have, you're free to search if you want to.

are you serious??? wether or not there actually was something back there in the crack at 7:14 and if you could go in there is one of the biggest unanaswered questions of my whole childhood and life overall... if possible, could u upload a vid of how to get in there, whats in there and so on, i've always wondered this

I'd rather not if I don't have to. You can still just go into the sewers as you did here with some bombs later in the game and bomb the walls to get in there. According to a guide I have, it's the upper left tombstone, and you need the power glove to push it open. The only things of importance inside though, are 300 rupees, some bombs, and some arrows.
