2Liquid4U....that's not true. You don't want your arm tucked into your torso. That actually impinges the rotator cuff. I usually have my clients place a towel or foam between their elbow and their body.

Until the elbow is not fixed on the torso, the latisimus do the most work, the banifit is lost !!!
